2D Game Engine "ILoop"

* Project Summary : I made my own engine for the 2D game in 2002 and it is composed of three things such as "Engine SDK", "Sprite Tool", and "Map Tool". The "Sea Bottom"(2D game that I created in 2006) is based on my own engine and it took me two months to develop the game. I tried to apply OOP to Engine SDK and improved the reusability for developing new game project.
